Job Description:
Aledade Care Solutions (ACS) is a new business providing
innovative patient care programs as an extension of their primary
care physician's practice. As a Technical Product Manager you will
be a key member of the team that designs technical, service and
content solutions to support Aledade's various lines of business.
The Technical Product Manager works alongside product team members,
business owners, data analysts, designers and engineers to develop
project goals and requirements, solution scope, implementation
approach, and rollout plans.
Product team members are the interface between business strategy
and technology development, ensuring the creation of high-quality
products that can scale effectively. At ACS, you will be working on
an ecosystem of applications, sophisticated analytics, and a robust
set of APIs to enable primary care practices, ACS clinicians and
outreach teams, and external partners to deliver innovative
clinical programs that improve the health and wellbeing of our
patients.
As a Technical Product Manager, you will own the roadmap and lead
the development of a key component of the ACS platform, enabling
new patient care models to be implemented in Aledade's primary care
network. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker and highly
analytical, willing to dive into the details of the ACS platform
and strategic priorities, translate complex business models into
technology roadmap (and vice versa), and advocate for new
directions. At the same time, they are able to effectively convert
these insights into action, ensuring that new products and
capabilities are delivered on time.
We are looking for three Product Managers for the following areas:
Kidney Care Management, Comprehensive Advance Care Planning and
Comprehensive Advance Care Planning Operations.
