Cloud Technical LeadThe Challenge:Everyone is trying to "harness

computing application architect, you know how to build a
Cloud-based technical architecture that meets client needs and
takes advantage of Cloud capabilities. What if you could use your
Cloud architecture skills to improve healthcare privacy and
innovation? We need you to help us develop Cloud-based solutions
for some of Federal Healthcare's toughest challenges.As a leader on
our team, you'll drive software architecture, design, development,
maintenance, and operations in either AWS or Azure Cloud-based
Data-Sharing Platforms to mission-critical systems and operations.
This is an opportunity to use the latest Cloud technologies as you
look for ways to improve your client's environment using Cloud
capabilities. Your technical expertise will be vital as you work
with our Federal Health Clients to inform strategy and design and
ensure standards are met throughout the Cloud migration process.
You'll recommend tools and solutions based on your research of the
environment and knowledge of various on-premise, Cloud-based, and
hybrid resources. You'll use your experience to guide your team as
they help the client overcome their most difficult challenges in
the Cloud. Additionally, you'll share your skills in areas like AWS
or Azure Cloud infrastructure, architecture, microservices,
security, and automation with your team and clients while
developing critical systems for our Federal Health Agencies.Ready

- 10+ years of experience with IT software development and
engineering
- 5+ years of experience as a Cloud Solutions Architect at
enterprise scale, including AWS or Azure
- 2+ years of experience with architecting and creating Cloud
platform architecture in AWS or Microsoft Azure Cloud-computingand
leading and growing a technically diverse team with continued
mentorship
- Experience with federal healthcare environments
- Experience with leading enterprise application migrations to
the Cloud
- Experience in technical engineering leadership roles, including
leading technically diverse, 10+ team members to successful
deliveries on complex engineering programs
- Experience with modernsoftware development, including Scaled
Agile Framework, Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration and
Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Design, and DevSecOps
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or
Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- AWS or Microsoft Azure Professional CertificationNice If You
Have:
- Experience with leading capture efforts and small to
medium-scale proposals
- Experience with establishing enterprise-wide Data Platform
architecture, frameworks, design, and development standards
- Experience with developing high-quality briefings for senior
Federal Government leadership
- Knowledge of data life cycle, including data acquisition,
discovery, sharing, consumption, synthesis, conversion, and
disposition
- Knowledge of site reliability engineering principles
- Knowledge of ATO Security, including Authentication and

is determined by various factors, including but not limited to
location, the individual's particular combination of education,
knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as
contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.
The projected compensation range for this position is $106,200.00
to $242,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents
the typical salary range for this position and is just one
component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for
employees.Work ModelOur people-first culture prioritizes the
