As a Technical Editor/Writer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive (administrative and substantive) editing and some drafting to major sections of the digital exhibit, to include larger storylines, individual vignettes, and image captions, in support of the mission! Click APPLY to be contacted about this position What You Will Be Doing: * Ensuring consistency in style, content, and length of narrative sections across the entire digital exhibit. * Verifying the accuracy of key findings, assertions, and details through research and analysis of existing literature and historical documents and artifacts. * Coordinating approval of narrative content and images with the Program Manager, other NCSC officials as necessary, the ODNI Office of General Counsel, and the IC historians. * Researching, sourcing, and identifying photographs, documents, and other historical images for use in the NCSC digital exhibit. * Coordinating the selection and approval of historical images with the Program Manager, the Office of General Counsel, and the web design/development team. * Drafting labels and captions for all images selection and coordinating approval of labels and captions with the IC historians and the Program Manager. Must Have: * MUST HAVE a Current and Active Top Secret SCI with CI Polygraph, as the customer is NOT sponsoring clearances. * 8-10 years'' experience supporting U.S. Federal Government outreach and strategic communications and publications. * Applicable degree(s) in: Communications, Computer Science, Counterintelligence, Engineering, English, Government, Journalism, Library Science, Politics, Political Science, Security, or Web Design. * Advanced skills using MS Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Pro). * Extensive analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, organizational, grammar, and editorial skills, with attention to detail. * Demonstrated ability to take complex, technical information and translate it for colleagues and consumers who have nontechnical backgrounds. * Ability to work well with others. * Excellent writing skills to be able to explain technical information clearly, with written or oral communications.
