ECS is seeking a Cyber Resilience Technical Writer to work in our Bethesda, MD office / remote.



Job Description:

Governance and associated policy support and development will be required as part of the NIH Cyber Resiliency program implementation. Each of the nine (9) Microsoft 365 G5 Security Tools to be deployed will require its own policy solution to be developed in coordination with the technology implementation and integration. These policies will entail guidance in the form of Directives, Knowledge Base Articles, Wikis, and Implementation Playbooks which will provide NIH the requirements and direction to support adoption and implementation. The M365 G5 Security Suite includes the following tools:



MS Defender for Identity (MDI)
Azure AD Identity Protection
MS Defender for Office 365 (MDO)
MS Defender for Cloud Apps (MDCA)
MS Information Protection (MIP)
Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM)
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint (MDE)
Active Directory Hardening (ADH)/Privileged Access Workstation (PAW)
MS Defender Anti-Virus (MDAV): Active Mode


In addition to having a strong policy background, the support required to develop the policies associated with the G5 Security Tools will require a sufficient technical background to fully understand the technical requirements for policy adoption and implementation.

Implementation guidance and compliance
4-year college degree (or equivalent exp)



Desired Skills:

12 years relevant experience
