Agile Decision Sciences, a subsidiary of ASRC Federal, is currently seeking a QA Tester to join our team at DOL in Washington, DC.

Roles/Responsibilities:

The Quality Assurance (QA) Tester is responsible for providing testing support to the customer by analyzing, and testing implemented requirements in the development environments. The QA will provide support to the customer during all phases of the software development life cycle as well as post implementation support for issue diagnosis and documentation. This position plays a critical role between several teams including the Development and Requirements teams.

Requirements:

Must have a Bachelors degree.

Preferred experience in software testing is 2+ years.

Must have experience in writing test scripts and running SQL queries.

Must have experience in: Functional, Unit, Integration, End to End, Regression, Stress...etc. testing.

Must have familiarity with automation testing.

Must have excellent communication (verbal & written) skills.

Must have strong familiarity with Power Point, Excel, Word & Microsoft outlook.

Must be able to understand complex requirements from the customer and analyze them.

Must have excellent customer service oriented attitude.

Must be very organized and be able to prioritize tasks.

Must have excellent listening, interviewing, questioning, analytical, observation, modeling and interpersonal skills.

Must be well versed in software cycles and agile methodology.

Must be able to work in a team environment as well as individually.

Must be able to take instructions from lead and adhere to customer and managerial demands.

Must be able to meet deadlines.
