Job Description:

As a Senior Microsoft Sr. Developer (PowerPlatform) at Sprezzatura, you will support a high-profile software development project for the Department of Veterans Affairs. The ideal candidate has a background in Microsoft Power Platform CRM development and administration, with Dynamics 365 experience being a plus. Responsibilities include managing security, troubleshooting, and end-user support, with a focus on delivering scalable solutions, processes, and applications that ensure customer success.
Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the daily operational readiness of VA's enterprise Microsoft Power Platform and supporting teams.
  
• Participate actively in the enterprise Power Platform program to guide the roadmap and address gaps.
  
• Manage security settings, user roles, profiles, groups, queues, and other configurations.
  
• Maintain the integrity of services integrated with cloud environments, including proprietary and external systems.
  
• Contribute throughout all phases of the software development lifecycle.
  
• Provide technical expertise in designing and implementing Power Platform/D365 solutions that meet customer needs.
  
• Develop Power Apps and Power Platform solutions, mentoring both professional and citizen developers.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality solutions.
  
• Align business strategy with software capabilities and future developments.
  
• Architect and design Power Platform environments, coordinating with IT, Security, and other groups.
  
• Train and support end users, serving as an escalation point for issues.
  
• Hands-on development with Power Apps, including model-driven and canvas apps.
  
• Identify trends and anticipate future needs to enhance service quality.
  
  Requirements
  
  
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or 8+ years of equivalent work experience.
  
• At least 3 years of help desk or customer service experience.
  
• 8+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including D365 administration.
  
• 5+ years of Power Platform and D365 development experience.
  
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Must be able to use a computer and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  
• Eligible for a government security clearance.
  
• Authorized to work in the United States with reliable internet for telecommuting.
  
  Desired Skills and Certifications
  

• 
  
• Power Platform certifications such as PL-900, PL-100, PL-400, PL-200, MB-600, MB-901, or willingness to obtain them.
