Job Description Job Description Sr. Ultipro HRIS Analyst-Reston,
VA ($45-60/hr) Summary: Seeking an experienced HRIS professional to
reconfigure UKG settings, translate pay codes, and build interfaces
for a multibillion-dollar leader in their industry. This role
supports seamless payroll and HR data integration across systems.
This is an immediate need and 5-6 month project. Responsibilities:
Reconfigure UKG (Pro/Ready/Dimensions) background settings,
including pay and earning codes. Design and maintain UKG interface.
Map and translate pay codes and payroll elements from Ultipro to
Workday. Troubleshoot configuration and integration issues.
Document changes, validate data, and support payroll/HR teams.
Qualifications: 5 years with UKG configuration and integration. UKG
Pro and Payroll is required. Knowledge of UKG Workforce Management
Dimensions (Kronos) is preferred but not required. Advanced Excel
skills (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, formulas) Knowledge of
UDES, APIs and integration between HRIS and other business systems.
Strong knowledge of payroll processing, data mapping, and
interfaces. Skilled in troubleshooting, documentation, and
