Job Description Job Description Associate Graphic Design 2 Months Location: Irving, TX 75039/ Arlington, VA 22209 Ideal Candidates will be local to Irving TX or Arlington VA so they can be onsite at local Client Facilities if needed. This is a unique opportunity to join the BTI Studio design team and impact the Client client experience through creation of compelling design that supports and communicates our best practice, insight-driven content. We are looking for a self-motivated, highly creative problem solver to design conceptual graphics, information, data visualizations, layouts, and illustrations that convey Client’s expert guidance and tools that enable faster, smarter decisions and stronger performance on an organization’s most critical priorities. As an Associate Graphic Design Contractors, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and other designers across the in-house design team to deliver impactful and timely products and expertly apply brand and design principles to create effective content visuals that meet strategic company goals. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with a focus on presentation design and must have a portfolio that include presentations created in PPT, demonstrating excellent design sense and/or experience with formatting content into visually appealing layouts, data visualizations, and infographics. What you will do: Produce high-quality, client-ready graphics, data visualizations, and layouts for projects of lower to moderate complexity. Consistently apply Client brand and visual design principles to all content. Create intuitively consumable visuals with minimal manager support, with an expectation of growing complexity over time. Partner consultatively with internal stakeholders and peers. Clearly communicate design rationale and brand principles. Seek and provide feedback to continuously improve design solutions. Organize and prioritize assigned projects effectively. Utilize specified tools (e.g., CPP, ClickUp) to track timelines and communicate project expectations. Proactively inform your manager of project progress and escalate potential roadblocks or scope changes. Related duties as assigned Skills: Possession of excellent oral and written skills, including communicating presentations to internal and external professionals at all levels Ability to be a self-starter, pay strict attention to detail, and multitask across multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-based environment Comfortable designing in a team environment but also working independently. Experience with reading, understanding, and developing visualizations from complex data.
