Job Title: HR - Principal Talent Acquisition Operations Specialist Location: Fully Remote Duration: 6-9 Months Contract (Potential for Extension or Conversion) Pay Rate: $34.48-$44.82(w2) Benefits: Weekly pay, Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage Qualifications & Experience 5 years of directly relevant experience in agency recruitment, with a strong focus on headhunting and placing contractors/consultants (beyond direct hire roles). Proven experience recruiting within the Pharma/Biotech cGMP environment. Minimum 2 years of experience headhunting senior to executive-level technical professionals. Demonstrated success recruiting for complex roles such as Senior Automation Engineers, Principal Validation Engineers, Senior Project Managers (Pharma), Capital Project Managers, and Capital Project Design Engineers for greenfield projects. Extensive hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to source high-quality candidates, execute targeted InMail campaigns, and manage consistent follow-ups. TMN
