Executive Opportunity Key Role: Maintain responsibility for the oversight of complex and high-risk organizational programs and projects. Lead teams through all phases of a work stream to include concept ideation, development, implementation, and closeout. Oversee the workflow structure, critical path, and change control. Supervise staff and manage a budget , schedules, and project operations. Ensure that required resources are avail able . Serve as a liaison with organizational peers and sponsors, customers, and other stakeholders. Maintain primary responsibility for risk management, quality client service, quality implementation and growth. Basic Qualifications: Experience with leading mid to large programs or projects Knowledge of the government procurement life cycle Ability to lead teams to deliver finan cia l and technical performance in line with or exceeding client expectations Ability to develop and mentor teams Bachelor's degree Note : T his requisition is for an exploratory leadership opportunity and is not used for hiring purposes.
