Responsibilities: Design and develop Terraform modules to provision and manage cloud infrastructure across multiple environments Own Terraform state management , remote backends, and workspace strategies Implement infrastructure changes through version-controlled workflows and CI/CD pipelines Partner with security and engineering teams to enforce cloud security, compliance, and least-privilege access Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure drift, failed deployments, and state issues Qualifications This is a hybrid position with on-site requirements two days per week in Rockville, MD Expert-level experience writing and maintaining Terraform code at scale Strong understanding of Terraform providers, modules, backends, and dependency management Hands-on experience with various major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Experience integrating Terraform into automated deployment pipelines Familiarity with security best practices and infrastructure governance Nice to Have Multi-account or multi-subscription cloud environments Policy-as-code tools (OPA, Sentinel, tfsec) GovCloud or regulated environment experience Bachelors Degree in Information Systems or related field Terraform Certification such as HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Authoring and Operations Professional EEO Employer: RELI Group is an Equal Employment Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer. The annual salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. Actual compensation will depend on a range of factors, including but not limited to the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications, certifications, location, other business and organizational needs, and applicable employment laws. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
