. Position Description: CGI Federal is a leader in providing IT and

collaboration. As a Senior Solutions Architect at CGI Federal, you
will lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative
solutions for a federal law enforcement agency’s classified
environment. This role involves hands-on architecture design
combined with client-facing consulting, translating complex
requirements into scalable solutions, mentoring junior architects,
and advising stakeholders on technology strategy, metrics, and
governance. Your future duties and responsibilities: Design,
develop, and implement innovative solutions for a federal law
enforcement agency’s classified data processing systems
directorate. Analyze and optimize solution architectures to ensure
performance, scalability, and security across classified
environments. Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, and software
development teams to integrate solutions, develop use cases, and
support deployment and maintenance activities. Support system
authorization and continuous monitoring activities, maintain
comprehensive architecture documentation, and ensure solutions
align with federal standards and mission requirements. Lead
architecture strategy workshops, roadmap development, and
stakeholder presentations. Architect integration pipelines, develop
architectural specifications, dashboards, and KPIs. Align solution
development to NIST SP 800-53 and ISCM requirements. Extend
solution capabilities to AWS/Azure/GCP and integrate with
automation and orchestration tools. Establish content lifecycle
governance and mentor junior staff. Required qualifications to be
successful in this role: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field. Active Top Secret
clearance with SCI eligibility. Minimum of seven (7) years in
solutions architecture with expertise in designing and implementing
secure solutions in classified environments. One or more of the
following certifications: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Google
Professional Cloud Architect Certified Information Systems Security
Professional (CISSP) Desired: Master’s degree in Computer Science,
Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent
experience). Experience in federal government or diplomatic
environment at the department level or experience supporting
classified environments within federal law enforcement or
Intelligence Community organizations. Experience integrating
solutions with cybersecurity tools, network infrastructure, and
cloud platforms. Experience with solutions in hybrid/zero-trust
architectures. Knowledge of NIST cybersecurity frameworks (800-53,
800-171, 800-190). Additional cloud certifications (AWS, Azure,
