HOW A GEOSPATIAL SYSEM ENGINEER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT Development - Experience with geospatial software API's for data transformation and analysis: Esri ArcPoly GDAL GeoPandas (optionally, PySAL or MovingPandas) D ata Automation - Experience with automating geospatial data workflows through tools like: ArcGIS GeoEvent Server ArcGIS Workflow Manager Apache Nifi Geospatial Databases/Datastores: ArcGIS Enterprise Database Postgres GeoMesa Experience with ETL tools such as SAFE FME WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED: Education : Bachelors Degree ( Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline ) Required Experience : 5-10 years' experience working with proprietary and open-source geospatial data formats. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
