negotiations, supplier performance management, and executive
communications. The ideal candidate is a strong people leader with
deep analytical and financial acumen, experience establishing
disciplined controls, and a continuous-improvement mindset. You are
comfortable influencing others in a matrixed organization and
translating complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive
results. CANDIDATE PROFILE Key Talents and Experience Minimum 7
years’ business management experience in a global organization with
increasing management responsibility and history of consistently
delivering business results. Excellent Excel skills (advanced
formulas, data analysis, and senior-facing reporting) and
PowerPoint skills (executive storytelling and insight-driven
presentations) are required. Advanced Power BI capability is
preferred (dashboard design, data modeling, and DAX); experience
establishing KPI governance and reporting standards in a matrixed
environment strongly preferred. Experience in leading and managing
projects. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

difficult conditions and demonstrates balanced judgment under
pressure. Decisive; ability to make decisions in a timely manner
sometimes with incomplete information and under tight deadlines and

team. Learner; ability to enhance personal, professional and
business growth through new knowledge and experiences. Education
and Professional Certification Baccalaureate degree in Procurement,
Business, Finance, or related discipline required. MBA or Master’s
degree with a concentration in Procurement, Business, or Finance
preferred. Location This position will be based at Marriott
International Corporate Headquarters in Bethesda, MD. CORE WORK

accuracy, consistency, and clear accountability. Serve as business
