NOC shift differentials of $2-$3 offered too, which helps to increase your hourly wage!/n/nOur current scheduling needs are:/n • Full-time overnight shift (10:00pm-6:30am)/n • Various schedules available/n/nIdeal candidates must have a heart for serving others, as well as:/n • A commitment to Touchmark’s values, as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers/n • A high school diploma or equivalent/n • A genuine interest in caring for the senior population and working in a geriatric environment, performing a variety of care activities to keep people healthy and safe/n • The willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality/n • The ability to maintain patient and display tactful and kind composure when dealing with residents, family members, and guests/n • Team player, ready to roll up your sleeves and work hard/n • Reliable/n • Be able to read, write, and speak English/n • Must be 18 years old or older/n • Experience preferred, but not required.
