Vice President, IT & Operations Coordinator Location Bethesda,

Overview The Operations Coordinator will work with colleagues in
various departments ensuring that the systems in place are working
properly, identify areas where improvements can be made through the
application of computational and human resources.
Duties & Responsibilities Technical Operations – Working with
the Managing Director and IT resources, ensure coverage of the over
400 separate jobs that run hourly, weekly, monthly. These jobs
requires 72 hours of coverage each week. Coordinate and lead
operational activities to ensure all data and processes are
delivered to business need. Define SLA priorities of each of these
jobs, define escalation procedures and take action with appropriate
process owners – internal and external – to completion. Improve
operational visibility of processes through the definition and
implementation of dashboards within Trustnet.
Data Quality improvement – Data quality, reconciliation tasks,
and the fixing of data requires singular focus and documentation to
make changes either within Trustnet or as necessary outside of the
system. Develop procedures to ensure all changes are appropriately
documented and approved.
Task Definition – Trustnet (In-house investment management,
reporting and CRM system) will implement complex workflow as
required by the business for new account creation, I/O
communication and management of groups. This individual will take a
leadership role, helping to define the tasks needed, working with
other groups to assist in training, and provide daily oversight of
outstanding tasks ensuring that they are completed.
Testing Coordination – CCT has multiple vendor and internal
systems that require updates and changes including CRD upgrades.
Working with subject matter experts, the successful candidate will
coordinate testing of application changes across the enterprise
ensuring features have been tested and properly accepted prior to
Marketing Data Coordination – The successful candidate will
understand CCT data organization, respond to marketing needs and
provide solutions related guidance for marketing campaign setup and

business owners, define process improvement for system interfaces
required by CCT.
Jira Administration – Provide leadership in managing requests
for reporting, system improvements, and task scheduling using

The successful candidate will have 10 years of experience
leading the following: Complex process change and problem
Test planning and coordination
Requirements definition of complex processes ‘
Excellent oral and written communications
Strong organizational skills
Expertise in complex data structures
Software improvement methodologies
Expertise in data organization, including SQL and Excel.
Process development experience using a common software
development practice is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a data driven discipline.
