We are actively seeking an experienced and highly motivated
Senior Contracts Manager to join our team. We have an immediate
opening for a Contracts Manager in its Corporate Office located in
Bethesda, MD. This position is responsible for reviewing and/or
ensuring the proper review and management of all contracts from
federal, state and local government entities to ensure that
Tribalco can comply with any requisite conditions related to the
contract. This position is responsible for instituting and managing
a cross-functional process to ensure continued compliance with the
various requirements of these government contracts throughout their
Minimum Qualification s
Minimum ten ( 10 ) years of progressively responsible experience
in managing government contracts.
Review, analyze, and provide guidance and recommendations
regarding responses to RFPs and contract proposals for local, state
and federal government contracts for risk and contract compliance
Manage full life cycle of company contracts from pre-award
solicitation through contract close out.
Review and implement compliance procedures and tracking
mechanisms to ensure compliance with federal, state and/or local
contracts, including maintaining all contractual documentation and
files, ensure all contractual documentation is concise and
consistent both from a technical and contractual perspective.
Identify and develop solutions to out of scope, cost/schedule
changes, ensuring company resources are not negatively
Track day to day tasks and update contract reports.
Develop and provide appropriate training on government contract
Develop, execute, and participate in ISO 9000:2015 and CMMISVC
Level 3 corporate certifications.
Contracts - Drafting, Evaluation, Negotiation and Execution:
Non-Disclosure Agreements, Teaming Agreements, Subcontracts,
Consulting Agreements, Licensing Agreements, Master Service
Agreements, ID/IQs, Reseller Agreements and common issues that may
arise with thee contract vehicles.
Create and maintain strong relationships with contracting
officers and partners’ contract departments.
Identify and resolve contract-related issues, internally and
externally, and work with the program management staff towards a
Effectively communicate issues and solutions to executive
Review prime contracts and lead internal kick off meetings with
accounting and program management teams.
Ability to effectively and efficiently review multiple
modifications and other contract documents in a fast-paced
deadline-driven environment, identify contractual and compliance
issues, and resolve those issues with relevant stakeholders.
Manage record keeping for all contracts, including, but not
limited to, an active contracts list and internal contract task
Assist with corporate audits as related to prime- and subaward
Identify and understand issues, problems, and opportunities;
comparing data from different sources to draw conclusions; using
effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing
appropriate solutions; taking action that is consistent with
available facts, constraints, and probable consequences.
Taking prompt action to accomplish objectives; taking action to

Effectively prioritizing multiple activities.
Strong Sharepoint and Microsoft Office skills – proficient in
Excel and Word.
Working knowledge of FARs and DFARs and federal reporting
Experience with an in-house compliance program (ITAR, FCPA,
EARS, BAA, TAA etc . ).
Ability to manage other team members and communicate clearly and

Education and Certifications
