Description A large commercial real estate firm in the
Washington, DC area is currently seeking an HR Business Partner. If
you enjoy maintaining relationships, working in a collaborative
environment, and providing subject matter guidance and strategy to
a motivated team, apply today for consideration. The ideal
candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in human resources,
excellent communication and technical skills, and a passion for
working with people.
Provide a broad range of HR support including employee
relations, inclusion and diversity, payroll and compensation,
benefits administration, and performance management
Conduct full-life cycle recruiting for a variety of open roles
within the organization
Coordinate efforts with leadership on recruiting, onboarding and
succession planning efforts
Build and maintain relationships across various departments and
lines of business
Provide input on policy development, employee culture
initiatives, and other trends and metrics
Maintain HRIS systems and internal databases
Other duties as assigned
Must have at least 3-5 years of experience in human
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business, or related
SHRM-CP certification preferred, not required
Advanced technical skills including experience maintaining HRIS
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
2+ years of experience with full-life cycle recruiting
$75-80K plus benefits
