Description:- Client Partner for Hospitality accounts- Responsible for superior customer relationship measured by an excellent CSAT scores every 6 months- Manage teams across multiple locations and responsible for both Delivery and Sales in all the accounts associated to him- Experience in managing P&L for large accounts and capability to deliver high revenue targets with right margin and running large deals- Ability to make new connects in customer organization and mine new business in new portfolios within existing customers- Good communication Skills with expertise in working with travel or hospitality customers (At least for the last 6 years)- Ability to work with CXOs of customer organization with good presentation skills- Be ready to travel to multiple cities within US to manage multiple customers- Manage delivery teams globally for excellence in service provision to customersResponsibilities: - Target of $40M for FY20 and $60M for FY21- Customer satisfaction to be greater than 95%Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications) Click here to enter text.- Necessary educational qualification- A minimum of 17 years of total IT experience- 5 years of Travel or Hospitality industry domain experience- 5 years as Account manager / Client Partner - Managed large account ($40M) in terms of both Sales and Delivery1) Years of experience required for position --- 18 Years total experience with 5 years in Hospitality industry and 5 years as Account management (Sales and Delivery) experience2) Location for the position --- Bethesda,Maryland, USA
