Zachary Piper Solutions is currently seeking a Hardware Exploitation Engineer to support the national media exploitation center with their mission to pursue DoD forensic investigations. TS/SCI with polygraph required. Responsibilities for the Hardware Exploitation Engineer Include:--- Repair, recover, and restore electronic media, hard drivers, servers, phones, physical computers, and consumer products to recover data stored within--- Conduct reverse-engineering, failure analysis, and vulnerability analysis of hardware to identify exploitation opportunities--- Perform inspection, imaging, decapsulation, deprocessing, and other activities related to hardware reverse engineering and exploitation in a state-of-the-art microelectronics exploitation laboratory--- Full-scope forensic examinations from the hardware aspect of media Qualifications for the Hardware Exploitation Engineer include:--- TS/SCI w/ CI poly (or full scope)--- 8+ years of experience with Bachelor's Degree in CS, EE or other IT related degree (additional experience can be substituted for a degree)--- Expertise with assembly language and C/C++ programming--- Strong scripting abilities as well as experience reverse engineering embedded systems--- 8570 complianceCompensation for the Hardware Exploitation Engineer includes:--- Salary Range: $125-155K/year depending on experience--- Full Benefits: Healthcare, Dental, Vision, 401K, and Paid Time Off Keywords: hardware reverse engineer, reverse engineer, reverse engineering, hardware exploitation, hardware exploitation engineer, decapsulation, media exploitation, digital media exploitation, programming, forensic examinations, data recovery, Assembly language, ARM, MIPS, RISC, PowerPC, Xscale, strongarm, vxworks, integrity, embedded linux, windows embedded, vxsim, multi, timemachine, traceedge, eagle cad, workbench, tornado, ida pro, ollydbg, pcap, gdb, wireshark, hex editor, benefits, vacation, holiday, 401K
