OverviewAre you interested in health care and excited to support our business development and innovative product development efforts? As a member of the Strategic Growth and Specialty Programs team, you will have the opportunity to directly support our business development and innovation objectives, and work in accordance with contract requirements. You will assist in outreach campaigns, social media, presentations, organize project activities, and support business development via procurement boards, all while working closely with the Account Managers and internal stakeholders. The Strategic Growth Coordinator organizes targeted project activities in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and vendors and helps with business development, marketing, and communications, and projects are aligned.   • Manage and track CRM system users and ensure appropriate system access.
  • Assist in the identification of potential clients and opportunities through contracting boards.
  • Create, draft, and assemble program materials, reports, and presentations for potential clients and opportunities.
  • Assist with requirements gathering and documenting.
  • Assist with outreach campaigns, training planning, and scheduling, as well as material preparation and follow-up.
  • Provide graphic design, technical writing, and editing support as needed.
  • Participate and schedule client-related team meetings, document meeting minutes, provide follow-up to changes.
  • Communicate with Account Managers and other internal stakeholders as needed to respond to development opportunities.
  • Engage and coordinate with team members to effectively provide administrative support.
  • Communicate and professionally interact with vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
  • Manage, maintain, and update complex Excel spreadsheets.
  • Provide other support as needed.?Qualifications
    • 4-year college degree
    • 2-3 year administrative or client/marketing support/customer service/healthcare experience
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
    • Work independently as a self-starter committed to delivering the highest in customer service, quality, and results.
    • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
    • Knowledge of MS Project, Adobe Creative Cloud, and CRM (Salesforce, Zoho, MS) a plus.
