Job Description:

Prescient Edge is seeking a Senior Biometrics/Identity Intelligence Analyst. As a Senior Biometrics/Identity Intelligence Analyst, you will:

  • Conduct analytic production on modalities to include, but not limited to, facial recognition features and behaviors for the purposes of identifying persons and networks
  • Fuse identity attributes to include, but not limited to, biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational information related to individuals and intelligence associated with those attributes to identify and assess threat individuals and networks, their capabilities and capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action
  • Perform biometric examination services and produce reporting in accordance with agency guidance
  • Conduct thorough identity exploitation of media devices and routinely interact with interagency partners on exploitation findings

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
  • Experience demonstrating strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience demonstrating strong instructional, communications, and writing skills
  • Ability to work effectively with people of all levels
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Experience working in a high operational tempo and in crises
  • Working understanding of how Identity Intelligence enables the Intelligence Community (IC)
  • Foundation of critical thinking of analytical tradecraft, or a joint perspective on the intelligence enterprise
  • Privileged user access-baseline IA certification IAW DoD 8570.01-M
  • Privileged user access-Computing Environment certification for operating systems and/or tools supported
  • Knowledge, expertise, training, and demonstrated work experience performing facial identification operations
  • Possess experience demonstrating a thorough understanding of tools/systems used for identity exploitation of biometric identity attributes and I2 tradecraft, to include biometric and biographic persona development
  • Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and purse developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology
  • Demonstrate ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra- IC boundaries and clearly articulate key findings
  • Demonstrate the ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely test analytic rigor of analytic products
  • Demonstrate comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirm completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category
  • Demonstrate the ability to communicate understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and/or technically advanced
  • Demonstrate the ability to structure analysis based on trends in reporting and a range of analytic perspectives from other analysts, organizations, and intelligence disciplines
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently with minimal oversight and direction
  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution
  • Demonstrate the ability to develop concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence
  • Demonstrate the ability to lead teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems
  • Provide guidance in selecting, designing, and applying analytic methodologies and use argument evaluation and validated analytic methodologies to challenge differing perspectives

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
  • In lieu of a Master's Degree, must possess a Bachelor's degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education plus 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree or at least 12 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category of which a total of at least 6 of those years with experience in IC Biometric Examination Services or at least 6 of those years with experience in law enforcement Biometric Examination Service may be substituted for the degree requirement
  • Experience demonstrating an understanding of computer forensics principles, file systems, and forensics tools
  • Knowledge and expertise of photography concepts and basic image science to include multi-media file specifications/formats/processing
  • Knowledge and expertise in all source analysis, targeting, and/or investigative experience
