This position's primary responsibility is supporting the
Contracts Management Executive and Contracts Management team in
their role of managing Clark's subcontract execution and bond
Other responsibilities include assisting with and monitoring
internal/external contract resolutions, ensuring document control
processes are maintained, and input and maintenance of financial
information in corporate accounting system (SAP) based on
information received from Contract Management Team.
Additional responsibilities may include verification of vendors,
assisting with generation, editing and review of subcontract
agreements, as well as working within Clark's contract generation
This position will generally perform a function that follows
established processes with defined policies and procedures, may
entail presenting to their direct executive and/or corresponding
with other executives, all while working to enhance the Contracts
Management Team's effectiveness in completing tasks which impact
This position interacts with CMG team members, Operations
project team members, Preconstruction/Purchasing members,
subcontractors and their bonding representatives to resolve issues
in a prompt and efficient manner. In addition, the contract and
bond processes are both very time sensitive and requires meeting
strict deadlines to ensure Operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, have
strong computer skills, strong editing skills, strong
communication, and willing to work in a deadline-driven
environment. Previous experience working with contracts and/or
bonds is desirable.
**Qualifications / Requirements** **:**
+ Minimum of 3-5 years related experience or equivalent
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
including interfacing with senior level staff/executives, clients,
+ Proficiency in MS Word.
+ Basic accounting skills (and proficiency in MS Excel).
+ Must be detail-oriented, organized, and possess strong
+ Demonstrates problem solving skills and efficient thinking
+ Able to work independently but have a clear understanding of
risk involved and to solicit management's involvement.
+ Understanding of the appropriate sense of urgency.
+ Knowledge of DocuSign and/or SAP is a plus.
+ Understanding of or exposure to business law and contract law
is a plus.
