Customer Service Representative works as a single point of contact
for our new clients through the initial phases of system
implementation. The primary responsibility is to act as a
liaison between the client and the internal Datawatch departments
to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction as new clients and
buildings are brought online. This position will support our
clients outside of the DC Metro area and will be required to travel
to transition buildings over to Datawatch. This position
includes potential commissions.
