The Facilities Manager is responsible for the coordination, implementation, control and completion of the facilities function and related projects, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the day to day operations of the corporate office and organization.

Responsibilities

* Overseeing contracts and providers for services including security, parking, cleaning, catering, etc. * Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects * Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility * Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques * Report and escalate to management as needed * Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation * Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals * Developing processes and procedures for facilities related work * Managing budgets, PO creation for vendors, and ensuring cost-effectiveness * Allocating and managing space between buildings * Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

* Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience * 5-7+ years of working experience as facilities manager or relevant position * Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills * Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
