Analyst for Residential will collect and interpret data to help the
company take actionable steps to improve performance and meet
goals. This position will report to and work with the Sr.
Vice President of Residential.

research in the Washington DC multifamily sector. Establish a
strong understanding of local markets, monitor competitive
conditions, and analyze supply and demand.
manage, and maintain the Revenue Management Pricing model.
Establish and implement pricing, revenue optimization, marketing
and leasing strategies based on market conditions and revenue
targets for the portfolio.
