Job Description:
Current TS/SCI Full Scope Poly required. IAP is seeking a
talented Data Entry Specialist II for opportunity in Bethesda MD.
Candidates must have a TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly no exceptions.
The role includes: data input/output and continuous process
improvements in a facility Computerized Maintenance Management
System, (CMMS) ARCHIBUSEssential Duties and
Responsibilities:---Assist the GPOC Technician with the CMMS,
(ARCHIBUS) program.---Seeks continuous improvement of software
applications to support IAP/CRI.---Data entry into the CMMS system.
---Updating equipment, machinery, structural and systems data into
the CMMS---Monitor and update and continuous process improvement of
the ARCHIBUS program.---Generating tracking, metrics and
productivity reports for distribution as requested by the GPOC.
---Tracking and filing projects.---Other administrative tasks as
assigned.Education & Experience:High School Diploma or GED.Must
possess the ability to type a minimum of 40 wpm.Two (2) or more
years of Office experience and data entry.Knowledge of CMMS
systems, (ARCHIBUS) preferred.Familiar with Microsoft Word and
Excel.SECURITY CLEARANCE: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
