All current and newly hired employees are required to follow onsite safety measures based upon the COVID\-19 Community Level at the specific work location\.**Description:** The Lockheed Martin Artificial Intelligence Center \(LAIC\) team is seeking a dynamic UI/UX Engineer to support multiple LAIC product teams for the business\. In this role you will be part of the AI Foundations portfolio consisting of a variety of skilled colleagues including full stack developers, data engineers, machine learning / AI specialists, product managers, data scientists, and agility mentors\. Your focus will be to elevate the customer experience across LAIC platforms through UI/UX evaluation and design principles and practices\.Example responsibilities:--- Evaluating the existing user experience across multiple LAIC platforms--- Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for LAIC tools, services, and other offerings--- Design of visuals including logos and website symbology--- Producing high\-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes\.--- Designing and testing UI elements and tools--- Providing advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior--- Understanding corporate style standards and establishing LAIC style standards for elements such as typography and graphic design**Basic Qualifications:**--- Experience in graphic and UI/UX design--- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly explain the trade\-offs between possible software solutions--- Great problem solving and organizational skills--- Passion and ability to learn and communicate both advanced concepts and high\-level strategy**Desired Skills:**--- Familiarity with design, prototype, and wireframing tools such as Adobe Illustrator, InVision, and Balsamiq or similar\.--- Demonstrated excellent team building and interpersonal skills, capable of relationship building with customers and employees at all levels and across multiple geographic locations\.**BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:**job\.Qualifications**Lockheed Martin is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer\.
