The Enterprise Intelligence Systems Division is seeking a Systems Engineer with a desire to work on innovative advanced approaches and technologies to solve our sponsors' most critical problems. You will support decision makers in our nation's top policy and infosec organizations. The ideal candidate demonstrates the ability to explain and implement the best of technology implementation practices found in the government, public, and private sectors while being an objective, informed partner for government leaders who rely on MITRE's insight and expertise to advance the government's interests. Job Responsibilities :+ The candidate will be a member of a team of intelligence analysts, policy developers, and data management subject matter experts supporting senior Intelligence Community (IC) executives and their inter-agency working groups to foster development, adoption, and use of solutions and standards that promote data and information sharing, safeguarding, and interoperability across the IC.+ The candidate will develop and enable technical data management, engagement strategies, and implementation plans for data management, use, and security in partnership with senior managers and representatives from multiple organizations.+ The candidate will research and present innovative, practical concepts and approaches that support the IC in managing information and data to ensure that it gets to the right people at the right time in the right format, while building, enabling, and maintaining domestic partnerships.+ The candidate will prepare written and oral presentations about approaches, processes, and technologies, to inform decision making at all levels while advancing the IC mission and strengthening national security.Required Qualifications :+ Bachelor's Degree in one of the following disciplines: Systems Engineering, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Defense and Strategic Studies, International Economics, Industrial Psychology+ Active TS/SCI clearance. In some cases, the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph level security clearance+ Demonstrated proficiency and strength in verbal, written, presentation, and communications skills+ Knowledge of Intelligence Community and DoD domains+ Applicants selected for this position will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information or applications who are eligible for security clearances.Preferred Qualifications :+ Master's Degree in one of the following disciplines: Systems Engineering, Information Management, Knowledge Management, Data Management, Computer Science, Defense and Strategic Studies, International Economics, Industrial Psychology+ 8 plus years of experience with technical assessments of systems, technologies, and/or processes to align with business, mission, or project strategies and outcomes.+ Experience in transforming business process design/improvement and applied technical concepts into comprehensive strategy development+ Demonstrated ability to build cross-disciplinary teams+ Experience working with senior leaders and teams across multiple departments and organizations to develop and reach consensus on strategies and plans+ Ability to conduct or oversee research, analyze findings, and present information to executives and technical SMEs+ Demonstrated program management skills to achieve quality outcomes and multiple priorities+ Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph security clearance This requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s): This requisition requires the hired candidate to have or obtain, within one year from the date of hire, the following clearance(s): Subject to all federal and state laws, rules and regulations, MITRE requires all employees to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
