Client Service Specialist, Hair Color BarAs the Madison Reed Hair Color Bar Client Service Specialist, you will be actively participating in the client experience from arrival to departure. This role is important to our clients' Hair Color Bar experience and helps navigate clients through their journey within Madison Reed by recognizing the unique and diverse needs of each client.What you'll do:Engage with clients to deliver a distinct and delightful client experience, mapped to their diverse needs, resulting in future client engagement with the Hair Color BarEffectively navigate front-end operations while adhering to all company standard operating procedures, including but not limited to; buy online pick-up in store (BOPIS), retail client consultations, and ordersGenerate revenue for the Hair Color Bar by building the order through additional services, sales of unlimited roots memberships, subscriptions, hair care products, and accessoriesExhibit core values aligned with sales and service behaviors in all interactions and communication with clients, valuing their ideas and insights to expand the positive experience for the clientRegularly achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goalsAbility to work evenings, weekends and Holidays as neededWho you are:Entry level experience in retail sales; salon or beauty industry experience preferredBased on state requirements, Cosmetology/Hairdressing license preferred or completion of minimum school hours to perform consultations, shampoo and blowout servicesOutstanding communication, problem solving, collaboration, and troubleshooting skillsAbility to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environmentExceptional organizational skills with high attention to detailComputer skills and POS (Point of Sale) system experience desiredBy applying for this job, I agree to receive text (SMS) messages, including via autodialer, related to my application and, if I am hired, to my employment and Madison Reed business.
