Job Description:

Manhattan StrategyGroup(MSG)in Bethesda, MDis seeking a Project Specialist. The Project Specialist will be responsible for assisting the project team with vital daily functions to include monitoring and delegating work to Quality Control team members and helping with field assignments. The Project Specialist will assist with reviewing performance metrics to include efficiency, quality, and costs. The Project Specialist will collaborate with other project team members to identify gaps, risks, issues, and help develop corresponding solutions.Who Can Apply: Active MSG Employees OnlyQualifications:

2-3 years of relevant experience preferred. Bachelors degree preferred. Experience with field management to include nationwide coverage and high volumes of field personnel. Experience with data collection, analytics, and attention to detail. Excellent communication (phone and virtual collaboration), time management, and organization skills. Knowledgeable with Salesforce CRM platform. Monitors and tracks priorities to mitigate any issues with timeliness Provides hands-on assistance with team members experiencing issues in the field and review deficiencies with reports.
