Senior Help Desk Representative in Bethesda, MD. Role and
Responsibilities Provides senior level customer facing and related
technical support to customers who need assistance utilizing client
level hardware and software in accordance with established or
approved organizational process components. (i.e., Master Incident
Management Plan, when applicable). Requirements REQUIRED
CERTIFICATION(S): - Must possess ONE of the following :+ Cisco
Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Certificate+ CompTIA
Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA) Certificate+ GIAC Global Industrial
Cyber Security Professional Certificate (GICSP)+ GIAC Security
Essentials Certificate (GSEC)+ CompTIA Security + (CE) Certificate+
Systems Security Certified Practitioner (SSCP) Certificate+
Certified Network Defender (CND) Certificate - Shall have completed
Operating System (Microsoft) training and thereafter obtain the
most current training during the entire PoP of the TO. REQUIRED
EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:+ Shall possess seven years' experience
managing an enterprise help desk and utilizing IT Service
Management tools.+ Shall have completed Operating System
(Microsoft) training and thereafter obtain the most current
training during the entire PoP of the TO.+ Shall possess a valid
Driver's License for potential operation of low-speed Government
furnished equipment (utility cart).+ Shall possess a favorably
adjudicated Secret clearance. PREFERRED SKILLS DESIRED EXPERIENCE:
Three years of experience in utilizing the ServiceNow ITSM platform
is desired. At least three years of providing help desk support of
networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a Windows
operating system environment. DESIRED EDUCATION: Possess an
associate's degree or higher in computer engineering, computer
science, or information technology from an accredited college or
university. Pursuant to Executive Orders 14043 and 14032 and the
OHSA Emergency Temporary Standard, RMC employees will be subject to
COVID-19 vaccination and/ or testing requirements..
