ResponsibilitiesSabre is currently recruiting for a Senior Help
Desk Representative to work in Bethesda, MD. The key elements in
its technological success are the breadth and depth of its
capabilities and the expertise of its IT professionals and
engineers. We are seeking innovative and talented people to join
our team of highly skilled individuals for this program. This
position is contingent upon contract award.Program Overview:The
program supports leading-edge technology development and support
for ships and ship systems. The division addresses the full
spectrum of applied maritime science and technology, including
providing research, development, test and evaluation, analysis,
acquisition support, in-service engineering, logistics, and
integration of surface and undersea vehicles and associated
systems; and developing and applying science and technology
associated with naval architecture and marine engineering and
provide support to the maritime industry. QualificationsExperience
& Skills Requirement:7 years' experience managing an enterprise
help desk and utilizing IT Service Management tools.Education &
Training Requirement:Information Assurance Management (IAM) III
8570.01-M baseline certificationMicrosoft OS trainingValid Driver's
LicenseCertification Requirement (only one required):CCNA Security
CertificateCompTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA) CertificateGIAC
Global Industrial Cyber SecurityProfessional Certificate

CertificateClearance Requirement: Candidate have and maintain an

Experience/Skill/Education:Associates degree or higher in computer
science, computer engineering, cybersecurity, information
technology, or software engineering from an accredited college or
university.3 years of experience in utilizing the ServiceNow ITSM
platform is desired. At least 3 years of providing help desk
support of networks, web applications, software, and hardware in a
Windows operating system environment is also desiredNavy operations
