Solutions Architect - Salesforce

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, Graduate degree preferredOver 10 years of IT experience with a minimum 5 years of direct experience with developing, configuring, and implementing successful Salesforce project implementations. 2-3 years of experience implementing CRM systems as a Solutions ArchitectMust have demonstrated expertise in 3+ projects, implementing full SDLC (Discovery, requirements analysis, design, testing, deployment and maintain) of the -Salesforce based solutionsExperience in Lighting web components and strong hands-on experience in development practices strongly preferred.Extensive development experience with -Salesforce -development technologies; security, process builder, flow, workflow, APEX, VisualForce, Lightning, Community, Triggers, API, SOSL, SOQL, REST, App builderGood understanding of Architecture and Integration Patterns, DevOps methods, Tools, and techniquesExperience integrating Salesforce with different business systems, basic understanding of programming logic and constructs, specifically in Salesforce, and their use in software developmentExperience defining business requirements, writing user stories, and providing detailed Salesforce system and functional designsExperience in documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designsExperience with single-org deployments and multi-org consolidationsExcellent oral and written communication skills, decision making skills, and problem-solving skills.Minimum Active Salesforce Administrator and Developer Certifications required.Salesforce Architecture Certifications strongly preferred.Work Authorization/Clearance: Must be a US Citizen or Authorization to work in the US and able to pass a background check -Company Overview: CoreSphere, LLC is a fast-growing Salesforce Crest Partner and ServiceNow Elite Partner established in 2003 to develop state of the art solutions for public and private sector organizations.
