recruiter for more information.Deliver a warm greeting to residents
to make them feel welcome.Quickly respond to all resident requests
and use creativity to solve problems and drive resident
satisfaction.Work with residents on lease alteration and lease
renewal options and paperwork.Support the assistant manager with
administrative and financial duties.Develop an in-depth knowledge
of the neighborhood so that you can recommend the trendiest new
coffeeshops, must-see art exhibits and other great things to do in
the area.Coordinate community activities and social events to build
resident relationshipsExperience in customer service-related fields
such as hospitality, retail, or restaurants Strong interpersonal
skills and a desire for learning and professional developmentStrong
aptitude for computer systems and softwarePassion for providing
exceptional customer experiences and embodying our core customer
