neighborhood bagel shop and deli with locations in Park View,
Capitol Hill, Bethesda, Georgetown, Pike & Rose, West End, Logan
Circle, Connecticut Ave, weekly farmer's markets throughout the
DMV, and new shops on the way. We're looking for new team members
with positive attitudes and an eagerness to learn who are as
excited about good food & GOOD VIBES.We're hiring a Shop Supervisor
(Shift Lead) at Call Your Mother - Bethesda and Rockville, MDThe
Supervisor will lead shifts by providing leadership and
communication to team members, and is always guest-focused,
food-focused, and team-focused. The Supervisor is responsible for
overseeing all aspects of operations at their location during their
shifts, and is the acting manager when the General Manager is not
present. The Supervisor works directly with the General Manager to
ensure daily tasks are completed and team members are fully
prepared for their shifts. You will lead our FOH team and keep the
shops buzzing - having fun while creating a great dining experience

1-2 years of experience in a
supervisor or shift leadership roleDemonstrate expertise in all
areas of the front of house and kitchen operationsMust have the
ability to stand or walk for entire shiftExhibit emotional
intelligence and possess the ability to motivate a diverse team in
a fast-paced environment.Must believe in a hands-on supervising
approach.Proficient written/verbal communication and interpersonal
skills.Food Safety Certification required (ServSafe Manager's

Ejecuta el servicio al mas alto
nivel, que incluye la destion en forma de 8. Todos los aspectos del
