Regulatory Health Consultant, SeniorThe Challenge:To grow

general management consultant on our team, you'll build an overall
picture of your client's structure, day-to-day operations, and
outcomes in a manner that they may not have thought of before.
Through discussions and workshops with leadership and public health
staff, you will identify and innovate the elements that work best
in their environment and the areas for improvement. Once you have a
solid understanding of where and how the organization can improve,
you will present the path forward and expected results to your

- 6+ years of experience working in a scientific or health
field
- Experience with business process improvement or change
management
- Ability to work in a team-based or project environment
- Ability to lead projects or tasks
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
- 1+ years of experience working with the FDA
- 1+ years of experience with health or medical product
industries, including R&D, clinical, regulatory, marketing,
strategy, operations, manufacturing, or consulting
- 1+ years of experience with strategy or management
consulting
- Possession of excellent analytical skills
- Possession of excellent written and verbal communication
skills
- Master's degree in Life Science, Engineering, or a
Health-related field preferred; Doctorate degree in Life Science,
Engineering, or a Health-related field a plus
- Regulatory Affairs Certification (RAC)
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
- Lean Six Sigma (LSS) CertificationClearance: Applicants

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual's particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $73,100.00 to $166,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees.Work ModelOur
