The ideal candidate is a dynamic professional where you can utilize your excellent interpersonal communication, high attention to detail, energy, and self-starter skills performing activities necessary to help drive forward mission critical National Security programs. Our teams help address complex challenges to develop solutions so that integrated, digital transformation solutions will be developed to enable rapid, reliable, and secure information sharing across the Intelligence Community (IC).

Top Secret SCI w/ CI PolygraphResponsibilities Turning cybersecurity needs and capabilities into requirements and detailed technical solutions.Developing and maintaining a list of Cybersecurity Architecture needs, dependencies, risks, and mitigation plans. Analyzing cybersecurity best practices to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.Developing and publishing baseline security requirements for common enterprise services to ensure capabilities are in compliance with cybersecurity directives and policies.Conducting critical path analysis, risk analysis, and task dependency analysis.Developing security requirements and constraints to provide input to foundational technical documents, including program architectural artifacts, business cases, and concept of operations.Developing assessment criteria (metrics, measures, key performance indicators) for security requirements and implementation guidance.Coordinating involvement in cybersecurity exercises.Participating in external cybersecurity related governance, policy, and standards bodies.Evaluating existing and emerging technologies and recommend strategies to support mission requirements.Minimum Requirements TS/SCI with CI PolygraphExperience in cybersecurity responsibility areas listed above.BS degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or Information Technology is desired.Excellent written and oral communication skills.Detail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.Skill Level: Junior - BS and 2-4 years' experienceSkill Level: Journeyman - BS and 4-8 years' experienceSkill Level: Senior - BS and 8-12 years' experienceSkill Level: SME - BS and 12-15 years' experienceAbout Xcelerate Solutions:
