The office manages initiatives like the Evolution Roadmap, G20 and G7 engagements, the Knowledge Compact, and IDA replenishment.Department for InnovationEstablished to promote innovative approaches to development challenges, the department has three main pillars: leading innovation initiatives, fostering a collaborative innovation ecosystem, and evaluating innovation efforts for scalability.Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the innovation learning strategy to embed innovation in the Bank's culture.
• Lead research to identify skill gaps, design user-oriented learning modules, and pilot engaging solutions.
• Design and develop human-centered innovation curricula, including for virtual and in-person formats.
• Monitor and analyze learning progress, providing insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
• Manage learning curricula aligned with institutional goals and diverse staff needs.
• Collaborate across teams to identify learning needs and support program development.
• Research external resources and incorporate best practices, including AI applications.
• Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops.
• Establish an innovation advisory network to support teams.
• Contribute to building the innovation ecosystem within the Bank.Selection Criteria
  • Advanced degree in learning, communication, innovation, education, or related fields.
  • At least 8 years of experience in leading innovative learning programs.
  • Experience in managing learning curricula and partnerships with experts.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and digital learning formats is a plus.
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and collaborate across teams.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills.
