Job Description:

vCIOCore Managed is looking for someone with the desire to join a fast-growing company. The role of vCIO varies across technology companies.At Core Managed, this role involves executing proactive client strategy activities, including quarterly technology assessments, IT budget development, business IT process reviews, and vendor management.Most importantly, there are no sales objectives, and our vCIO compensation is not variable.Skills Required:

• Experience with issue tracking (ticketing) systems; ConnectWise Manage and/or HubSpot CRM experience is a strong plus.Responsibilities:
  • Develop expertise in client-specific industries and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Build trust-based relationships with key client contacts through regular interactions.
  • Implement internal plans to align clients with our standards.
  • Scope and develop client project quotes.
  • Perform sales engineering alongside the sales team for new leads.
  • Coordinate with project managers and service teams on client projects.
  • Manage the client relationship, including retention and renewals, and oversee the client's IT environment.
  • Contribute to improving internal documentation and SOPs.Required Habits:
    • Ability to relate to clients and communicate effectively with non-technical users.
    • Remain calm under pressure.
    • Excellent writing skills for communication and documentation.
    • Willingness to follow written processes.
    • Basic troubleshooting skills (cause/effect analysis).
    • Team-oriented attitude.Minimum Requirements:
      • Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required.
      • Experience at an MSP or outsourced IT firm is highly desired.
      • Reliable vehicle.
      • Pass a drug test and background check.HR Information:
