MUST HAVE CURRENT/PREVIOUS ODNI EXPERIENCE SOW Required Knowledge / Skills / Abilities: --- Applicable degree(s): Accounting, Finance or Business related fields. --- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Project, and Excel. --- Experience in creating of financial presentations. --- Experience in creating and tracking of program progress and schedules, includingdeliverables. --- Ability to track many independent and interrelated funded projects accurately and consistently, to independently review and provide feedback to the Government on budget execution plans and monthly financial reports, and to maintain program records in a well-organized and easily accessible fashion. --- Ability to assemble and coordinate complex deliverable schedules among multiple parties at multiple locations. This will include tracking interconnections and dependencies between multiple deliverable modules and analysis teams. --- Ability to coordinate, schedule, and organize program reviews and technical exchangemeetings. ---Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint). The role is a mixture of being able to create presentations/briefings and being able to write evaluations (5-10 pages) that summarize content derived from in-person interviews, data calls, open source research. The person needs to be comfortable deriving meaning out of disparate data sources that are often more ambiguous than clear. ---Experience in creating and tracking schedules and products to ensure timeliness of deliverables. The member will be involved with numerous non-IC agencies (100 plus) from the executive branch. The Group needs to continually track meetings, write-ups/After Action Reviews, follow-on actions, etc., and needs to be forward thinking with regards to next steps. The agencies are all at different levels of progress in implementing CI and security-related programs. There is no "cookie cutter" solution that can be applied to each agency. ---Ability to assemble and coordinate complex deliverable schedules among multiple parties at multiple locations. this will include tracking interconnections and dependencies between multiple locations. ---The Contractor shall provide assistance with financial, programmatic, and administration of this program. The Contractor shall provide and assist the government with preparation of reports, archives, planning, and execution of technical interchange meetings. Support to the Government may include: Hardcopy and electronic records management, Management of program schedule and milestones
