design, and implement components of science, health, and healthcare

- Salary Range: $56,400-$66,500.00 to Mid (how we pay and
promote)Responsibilities
- Provide technical advice on approaches to accomplish project
objectives and provide oversight of implementation efforts.
- Define and implement meetings cadence including agenda topics,
participant list, pre- and post-work to accomplish program
objectives.
- Oversee and independently execute data collection, data entry,
quality control,analysis, synthesis and reporting activities in
support of the program.
- May mentor more junior team members and review the technical
work of team members.
- Independently lead and conduct formal and informal research
activities and synthesis of programmatic information.
- Provide expert advice to develop a wide range of deliverables
in support of the program including reports, memos, communications,
presentations, briefing decks, and training materials.
- Ensure deliverables are of high quality and adhere to
guidelines for format, content and accessibility.
- Brief senior program leaders on approaches and responses to
feedback and questions.
- Contribute to proposal writing and technical solutions for
relevant projects.
- Contribute to new processes and procedures to enhance the
effectiveness and efficiency of team's operations.
- Perform other job-related duties as
assigned.njoyRequirementsMinimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in science, health, healthcare or related
area, Master's degree preferred
- 2 years of relevant experienceBasic Requirements
- Ability to learn and navigate web-based system such as
SharePoint, Teams and other electronic business systems.
- Intermediate skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and
Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills
- Ability to prioritize among multiple tasks in a fast-paced,
deadline driven environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for
face-to-face interactions with clients, co-workers, senior leaders
and stakeholders.
- Experience in the specialty area of content expertise that
aligns with program mission and purpose. Minimum educational,
certification, experience and skills required may exceed the
minimums above for certain positions to meet contractual
requirements or business needs. These requirements are communicated
