Program Control AnalystThe Opportunity:The right mixture of great

govern funding, to make sure our client can make the most impact.
As a financial analyst on our team, you'll work on a financial
management strategy with the PMO team to successfully manage risk,
forecast, and build actionable plans for the most successful
financial outcome. This is an opportunity for you to learn the
laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop
well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make
sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking
and communication with the PMO team and account leadership. This is
your chance to use your skills in report building using advanced
Excel functions while furthering your financial analysis
experience. You'll serve as a program control analyst, providing
contract financial management services for multiple tasks in a
client account. You'll work as part of a program management office
with internal clients and infrastructure departments to resolve
financial, contractual, and administrative issues. You'll prepare
monthly financial status reports, manage the charge authorization
process, and manage subcontractor funding and invoicing to ensure
we are meeting our forecasting goals. You'll assist with analyzing
business or financial analyses for our clients.Join us. The world

- 2+ years of experience with program and project financial
management
- Experience with government contracting
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, advanced formulas, and its
effective use in a financial tracking, analysis, and reporting
environment
- Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment,
and adapt to changing requirements
- Ability to obtain a security clearance
- Bachelor's degreeNice If You Have:
- 2+ years of experience with providing program control or
financial management support in a government contracting
environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications
- Knowledge of GAAP and public company SEC guidance
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Ability to identify, research, discuss, and resolve
administrative and financial issues with a team effectively
- Ability to learn and teach fundamentals related to the support
of program management activities
- Ability to respond to directed assignments, think analytically,
and comprehend financial implications of the business
- Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and
problem-solving skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication
skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting,

various factors, including but not limited to location, the
individual's particular combination of education, knowledge,
skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific
affordability and organizational requirements. The projected
compensation range for this position is $49,800.00 to $102,000.00
(annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical
salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz
Allen's total compensation package for employees.Work ModelOur
