Job Title: Account Executive/Sales SpecialistJob Location:
Bethesda, Maryland, USAJob summary: As an Account Executive on the
Product Management team, you will be a jack of all trades for
public-facing work at the executive level. You will be accountable
for presenting to and engaging customers, determining how our
solution can best satisfy their requirements, and expanding and
commercializing those learnings across our portfolio.You are
creative and collaborative in go-to-market strategy and managing
high-profile accounts. You will be accountable for working
collaboratively with customers to discover new use cases and
assisting the delivery team to focus on the highest value areas to
drive success and adoption during the initial phases of an
engagement.You will play a pivotal role in the business. You will
be one of the most customer-facing members of the HiLabs team and
will need to be skilled in navigating internal hierarchies and
politics within large companies.Responsibilities:--- Understand
customers' business needs, strategic goals, and requirements to
demonstrate value delivered with HiLabs' product suite.--- Be both
the face and the voice of the HiLabs team during the pre-sales and
sales processes and engagements initially (POC and Production), and
transition to a delivery team at the appropriate time.--- Lead the
development and delivery of sales presentations to prospective
customers.--- Assist with relationship development, messaging, and
marketing materials (development and adjustment of materials).---
Create and/or edit existing customer facing communications
including presentations, business cases, and case studies.---
Educate customers about the HiLabs product suite, capabilities, and
proven use cases. Ensure revenue retention and identify
opportunities to expand product adoption.Drive product success
alongside the delivery team, ensuring KPIs are met for adoption,
experience, and expansion for your portfolio of customers.---
Ensure good customer relationships by driving regular formal and
informal meetings with key stakeholders.--- Delight customers by
understanding and empathizing with their experience and
representing their views with HiLabs Delivery and Engineering teams
and bringing necessary change quickly.--- Mentor more junior
members of the product management organization.--- Maintain
customer relationships to build and cultivate customer trust.---
Lead discussions along with business development team members to
educate prospective customers about HiLabs' product offerings, use
cases, ROI and help define and scope pilot engagements/ PoC's in
new opportunity areas based on prior experience (where
applicable).Desired Profile: --- 6-8 years of professional
experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in a consulting,
internal strategy, or business development role.--- Experience
leading customer-facing engagements with a strong track record of
success when faced with ambiguous requirements.--- Ability to craft
a compelling story and effectively communicate vision and value of
HiLabs to a variety of stakeholders at all levels.--- Ability to
persevere in the face of challenges with a demonstrated ability to
grow as a professional.--- Strong knowledge of, or aptitude to
learn about, the business of healthcare, general industry trends,
and more specifically how those trends impact and shape
decision-making by larger health plans.--- Ability to prioritize
and focus on the most important opportunities in an environment
with competing demands.--- Desire to take ownership and drive work
product forward and through to completion.--- Ability to pay
careful attention to deliverables and minimize errors.--- Desire to
roll up your sleeves and get things done.--- Strong analytical
ability and problem-solving skills. Both quantitative and
qualitative analysis experience, with the ability to identify
trends and actionable insights.--- Strong ability to drive
cross-functional teams to align to a goal, despite ambiguity and
uncertainty.--- Ability to adapt quickly and juggle multiple
competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.--- Extremely
strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to
speak and present articulately to a variety of business leaders,
management, and cross-functional teams.--- Strong interpersonal
skills; demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with a wide
range of individuals at all levels and in all areas of a firm.Good
to Have--- Experience in the healthcare industry, specifically with
health plans or large provider organizations.--- Prior management
experience and experience working with offshore support and
technical teams.--- Ability to develop and present complex business
