Were searching for an ambitious, professional real estate sales buyers agent for an exciting opportunity with our team. Youll be responsible for generating leads, working with prospective homebuyers, and continuously following up to close the deal. Responsibilities:

Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases to ensure a smooth home buying process
Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
Prospect for buyer leads, convert leads to appointments, close for agreements, and conduct high-level fiduciary needs analysesOversee Showing Assistant in selecting homes that meet clients needs, identifying homes that best meet those needs, refining needs, and closing to contract offersEffectively negotiate, or oversee negotiations, for all buyersDevelop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and all homeownership issuesCommunicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to coordinate and book showing appointments. This includes communicating via phone, email, and text message, depending on client preferences.Essential duties and responsibilitiesOversee all aspects of buyers transactions from initial contact to contract to closeHire, train, and consult all Buyer Agents and Showing AssistantsNegotiating for buyersCommunications/InteractionsLead Agent dailyAgent Team dailyBuyers/Sellers/Vendors dailyManagement ResponsibilitiesShowing Assistants

Qualifications:

Over 1 year of buyers agent or real estate experience preferred
Candidate should have a high school diploma, bachelors degree preferred
Valid U.S. drivers license with the ability to travel by car
Show a track record of real estate success
Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and self-managed
Practices, memorizes, and internalizes scripts
Looking for growth and leadership opportunity
Extremely strong phone skills: ability to set and close appointments over the phone
Solution and learning based
Highest level of integrity and respect for others
