engagement.Position overview:The Inside Sales Manager- Private
Child Care is responsible for the strategic planning and execution
of the Inside Sales Team. The Manager is accountable for the
management of Inside Sales Account Executives and Account
Specialists as well as their professional performance, development
and growth. This position requires partnering with Inside Sales
Managers, Directors of Field Sales and the Head of Inside Sales to
ensure the best end results as well as collaboration with internal
and external customers.Specific roles and responsibilities:
Develops & implements proven sales
strategies to ensure the attainment of company revenue
goalsManages, recruits, trains, mentors & motivates inside Account
Executives and Account SpecialistsCommunicates daily business
activities & works effectively with corporate partnersRecommends,
initiates and directs implementation and execution of Inside Sales
policies and practices; including tactical sales campaigns and
activitiesFacilitates product and business knowledge and training
among team membersManages day-to-day sales activity metricsHelps
build efficiencies within the CRM and sales processExtracts
business reporting needsDevelops and maintains relationships with
internal staff, customers, and partnersManage complex customer
conversations and escalationsOther duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Teaching Strategies is a federal

employment.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales and
Marketing or related fieldMinimum of 2-3 years of prior experience
managing staff on an inside sales teamMinimum of 5 years of prior
Sales/Business Development experienceAbility to demonstrate proven
results in a fast-paced sales environmentStrong organizational
skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline
driven environmentExperience in using a CRM system such as
Salesforce.comExcellent verbal and written communication skills
with internal and external stakeholders/customersAbility to analyze
situations and resolve problems at strategic and functional
levelAbility to drive new revenue opportunities and expand business
from within the existing customer baseSolid leadership, coaching &
communication skillsTechnical proficiencyResults-oriented, no
excuses personalityProven strategic selling & negotiation
