Job Description:

technology services, is seeking an experienced Senior Capture
Manager to expand our footprint in the Army sector. This dynamic
role involves developing and implementing effective capture
strategies to win new business, focusing on AI-driven solutions,
data analytics, and cloud services. The ideal candidate will
leverage deep industry knowledge, an extensive network within
defense sectors, and superior proposal management skills to secure
contracts that align with Vantors strategic objectives. This
position is pivotal in shaping the future of our engagements across
defense-related initiatives and requires someone who is proactive,
meticulously organized, and exceptionally skilled in negotiations
and strategic planning. Develop and execute comprehensive capture
strategies for Army contracts, aligning with company services and
capabilities. Identify, qualify, and pursue new business
opportunities within the defense sector. Lead cross-functional
teams during the bid and proposal processes. Foster relationships
with key decision-makers within the Army and defense industry to
gather intelligence and enhance business opportunities. Coordinate
with technical and project management teams to ensure alignment of
project scopes and proposals with client needs. Monitor market
trends and competitor activities within the Army sector to adjust
strategies accordingly. Manage the complete lifecycle of the
capture process, from opportunity identification through proposal
submission and follow-up. Strong understanding of the defense
industry and procurement processes Experience in bid and proposal
management Proficiency in relationship building and negotiation
Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task effectively
Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of
AI-driven solutions, data analytics, and cloud services specific to
the Army and defense sectors Medical Insurance Dental Insurance

Management (Shipley or APMP) Project Management Professional (PMP)
