Compensation: $100,000 at plan commission Responsibilities: Develop new business opportunities with existing customers in order to expand our clientele and build our business Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support to increase sales opportunities Provides monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team so that goals are met in a timely fashion Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Create and maintain a database of clients to ensure organization and follow-up Qualifications: Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Decisive and proactive in the sales process Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies Is dynamic, articulate and well-spoken About Company We are a growing and progressive real estate team based in York, PA, with collaboration partners across the United States.
